Katie makes wonderful cookies. Dunno what kind of magic she uses, but they remain (feel) fresh for several days. Cookies and Banana cake with chocolate chips are my favorites. I had been eyeing Katie's posts and finally decided to order from her. I placed a special request order for plain white bagels, cinnamon raisin bagels, and cinnamon rolls with icing. I gifted the rolls to my best friend and she loved them, I ordered the plain for my Bulgarian hubby who never had bagels and found them tasty. The cinnamon raisin bagels were out of this world and better than Dunkin Donuts. It was such a treat and I can't thank Katie enough. I will be placing a monthly order and have told all my friends. I give her 5. Trust me order from Drifters Bakery you won't be disappointed.
